Polydextrose is a water-soluble dietary fiber with the formula (C6H10O5)n. It is white or off-white solid particles, easily soluble in water, with a solubility of 70%. The pH value of 10% aqueous solution is 2.5-7.0. It has no special smell. It is a food component and can supplement the human body,required water-soluble dietary fiber.

1. Nutritional supplement: As a dietary fiber ingredient in nutritional supplement.
2. Noodle products: steamed buns, bread, pastries, biscuits, noodles, instant noodles, etc. Adding amount: 0.5%~10%
3. Meat products: ham sausage, luncheon meat, sandwiches, meat floss, stuffings, etc. Adding amount: 2.5%~20%
